  • ORDER ISSUES

If there is a missing item or faulty item or incorrect item sent us your order number and the incorrect/missing/faulty  item’s name and product number.

  • PAYING

You can use any of the payment types listed below to pay for your order. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us.

  1. Paypal
  2. Cash on delivery (only for Greece)

 

  • CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. We can’t control these charges  since customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

 

  • DELIVERY

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. The shipping costs are:

  1. GREECE- 5 euro
  2. CYPRUS, ALBANIA, CROATIA, MONTENEGRO, BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA, ROMANIA, SERBIA, FYROM, TURKEY, BULGARIA – 18 euro
  3. REST EUROPEAN COUNTRIES- 26 euro
  4. REST COUNTRIES- 30 euro

 

  • RETURNS/ REFUNTS

You can return any item for a refund, within 15 days of receiving your original order. Fill it in the returns note inside your parcel and pop it back to us. We’ll refund the price you paid for your item, including sale items back to your original payment method. We do not refund the original postage. All goods will be inspected on return and if an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, make-up or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the items.Items must be returned unwashed, undamaged and with tags attached. We will be unable to accept the return of any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.

  • EXCHANGE

We are currently unable to process exchanges but instead you can return your product and place a new order.
